We also provide guidance on how best to approach the implementation of your project and what specialist fitters and contractors may be required.

  • Design presentation with a mood board and layout.
  • Furniture and Decor customisation.
  • Full shopping list/specifications register with details and pricing on all Exclusive Spaces furniture, finishes and decor.
  • Detail designs for specialist features, finishes, cabinetry, and joinery.
  • Full shopping list/specifications refister with suggested supplier details and estimated pricing on all custom hard finishes and external items.
  • 2 Revisions.
